Hi, my name is Jen. I am a working mother raising my two children, Scarlett, 12 years old and Phoenix, 2 years old in beautiful Hudson Valley, New York. Three years ago we lost a beautiful boy at seven weeks old. My world was shattered and I questioned everything in life. Through the love of my family, friends and my faith in God I came to live with the loss of my son. I also continued to live with hope (in 2011 I gave birth to my son, Phoenix). I have learned that life is not always easy, fair or fun. Yet, each day there is wonder, joy and goodness all around us. I still ache inside and I am still working on living with a loss so great. Yet, I am striving to seek the joy in each day and share it with my two beautiful children and all those I love.
